Thanks Heinen Garage! It is such an upgrade to have this new garage! Greg came out and demoed my old 1 car and built me a beautiful 2 car garage. There were different crews out throughout the process and they were all great. We had to wait a while for the electrician, but we had been warned about that ahead of time. I worked with Greg to build my new detached garage with studio. He was very easy to work with. He had some great ideas for some of the weird problems I had, like my irregular lot on a hill. We had in-floor heat installed, which is just great as we now approach winter! All of the carpentry is great quality and all of his crews were respectful and did great work. I called 3 companies for bids when I decided to take the plunge and replace my old garage. We felt most comfortable with Heinen, who was fairly priced, but not the cheapest. Greg really knew the business and the process better than the others. We replaced an old one and a half stall garage with a three car garage, including a second level. His crew was respectful and kept the work site clean. It was slow in the end, waiting for the electrician, but Greg kept up the communication. Needless to say, there were delays, but we were highly impressed with the amount of communication and follow-through they had with us. The workmanship was great, and we got just what we wanted at a very fair price. They honored our prices in the contract, despite the fact that I know their expenses went up substantially because of the pandemic. Very trustworthy and honorable company to work with!

We had our new detached garage built by Heinen Garage. They did a great job! I know it was a nutty season for them, but they got the job done. Right as they applied for the permit, the city shut down because of the riots, the materials were delayed due to the pandemic. It took longer than we originally thought, but we feel fortunate we got it done at all. We had some neighbors 2 blocks away that had a garage built by another contractor, and theirs is still not done! We are really happy with our new garage and recommend working with Greg.

I would like to thank Greg for the wonderful new garage. He was very creative in coming up with a plan that would work on our small lot. His staff was amazing in working with the City to get us what we wanted. We now have a 22x22 with additional space above, using room in attic trusses and a pulldown ladder. It is such an improvement, and as promised, it is done by winter. Thanks again Greg!
